I am so impressed with how you and your team were able to gather the right resources to paint interior/kitchen cabinets, update lighting, staging, and coordinate all the contractor repairs to sell the home with no one from the seller side on-site/nearby. You really went over and beyond the call of duty and I can't thank you enough for your contributions. Eric made the process so simple and easy for us! I cannot recommend him highly enough! I know that he works with a lot of higher-end properties than what we have, but he always made us feel like we were his most important clients. He worked tirelessly to get the asking price we were hoping for. He had ideas of his own, but listened to everything we needed and responded accordingly. He had the house sold above asking price even before it hit MLS. He is wonderful and if we ever need a REALTOR in the future he is the one we will call. The only thing he didn’t do for us was sing us a song, which is a shame since he sings with the renowned choir Conspirare!

We had an unusual home to sell and we loved it dearly. We thought the joy and memories that we had created there would transfer to any prospective buyer who walked through our doors. How could anyone not love it as much as we did, especially given its beauty and location in Westlake? Enter REALTORS one, two, three, and four…and no sale. Along the way, we met Eric Copper, but regretfully, we weren’t wise enough to hire him. However, when it came to choosing REALTOR five, that REALTOR was Eric. Within weeks (not months) we had a qualified offer and Eric worked diligently and professionally to make certain that offer became a sale. Eric then became our buying agent for our new home – and in the meantime was the REALTOR for our son’s purchase of his first home. There is no one who is as competent, caring, and professional as Eric. I knew we would never use another REALTOR other than Eric when he quite honestly told me after viewing a home listing that I really liked, “If you buy this home, I won’t be able to list it for you when you decide to sell”. You cannot put a price on integrity; you can only decide to use the person with that integrity for all of your real estate actions
