Eric made the process so simple and easy for us! I cannot recommend him highly enough! I know that he works with a lot of higher-end properties than what we have, but he always made us feel like we were his most important clients. He worked tirelessly to get the asking price we were hoping for. He had ideas of his own, but listened to everything we needed and responded accordingly. He had the house sold above asking price even before it hit MLS. He is wonderful and if we ever need a REALTOR in the future he is the one we will call. The only thing he didn’t do for us was sing us a song, which is a shame since he sings with the renowned choir Conspirare!
